Confession: I have used the same iPod– yes, with the same 30 or so songs– since I started working out about 5 years ago. Even worse: it is one of those tiny square iPod shuffles that clips to your clothing. #IAmADinosaur O.K. actually, I lied, it is not the same one, I lost my original one (it was found in my old shoes 3 months later LOL!) and bought a ‘new’ one, the same version.
Why fix something that’s not broken, ya know?
BUT, before you music fiends get mad at me, I do teach spin, and I do make a new playlist for each workout I teach AKA 3-4 per week, so I am up to date on workout music DON’T WORRY! I just really enjoy my tried and trusted playlist.

- run .5 mile (stop somewhere pretty for the circuit!)
- 24 walking lunges
- 10 incline pushups
- 30 jumping jacks
- 15 straight leg sit-ups
- 40 ab bicycles
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 full squats
- 5 full burpees
- 20 triceps dips
